SV-CL-12 „The rehabilitation and extension of water and wastewater networks in the locality of Vatra Dornei”

Contract price: Lei 14,120,670 (VAT excluded)

Contract signing date: April 26th 2023

Duration of the contract: 38 months starting from the work commencement date, to be followed by a 60-month defect notification period.

Work commencement date: July 3rd 2023

Works to be carried out under this contract:

•  Water supply system:

- replacement of ca. 1.5 km of water distribution pipes and rehabilitation of existing house connections;

- extension of the water supply networks by ca. 4.9 km, including the construction of house connections and water chambers as well as the installation of underground fire hydrants;

- construction of 6 water pumping stations designed to increase water pressure, which will be located on: Bârnărel st., Miriștei st., Sondei st., Lumea Nouă st., Negrești st. and Parcului st.;

•  Wastewater collection system:

- replacement of approx. 500 m of sewer pipes and construction of house connections linking all the users to the rehabilitated networks;

- extension of sewer lines by approx. 3.9 km, including the house connections to the new networks and the construction of sewerage chambers;

- construction of 3 waste water pumping stations, including the discharge pipes which will facilitate the pumping of wastewater into various sections of the sewerage network where the geographic features of the ground prevent the downhill gravity flow of the collected wastewater.
