Scope of the contract:

• - revision of the tender documentation for the works, service and supply contracts, in accordance with the latest legislative changes, as well as the construction permit documentations required for „Build-only” contracts;
• - technical assistance provided by the designer for „Build-only” contracts;
• - technical support provided to ACET S.A. Project Implementation Unit (UIP POIM) for managing the project implementation;
• - updating the Suceava County Water and Wastewater Regional Master Plan;
• - technical support for upgrading the water loss and sewerage infiltration reduction systems;
• - technical support for upgrading the GIS system;
• - supervision of works during the pre-construction, construction and post-construction phases.
